If you co-op with us and are in the 7th - 12th grade consider joining this group.

An exciting addition to our events this year will be a field day coordinated by Neeley Shoemake. We hope to make this an annual event. So if you like relay races, etc, and want to have lots of fun make plans to attend. This is open to all LCHE families.
The Robotics Class taught by Mr. Peter Galipeau will take a field trip to Ventra Plastics to see real robots in actin on April 29.
LCHE Academic Fair will be at Crittenden Drive Church of Christ on April 19. I know everyone has been studying and working hard on projects. Good luck to all the participants. The day begins at 9:00 am.

Emily Baker has served on Kentucky Child Now Youth Advisory Council this year. She is doing a service learning project collecting items for kits for kids taken from homes that are meth labs. If you can help there will be a collection box and a list of items at co-op on the 14th. Items should be turned in by the 25th which is Global Youth Service Day. Thanks your help can make a difference for a child in need.
Our young people are busy and involved with so many things including church activities and community event, sports, etc. We are so proud of you all. If your child has done something you would like in the newsletter, let me know and I will try to get it in.
Have a wonderful month,
Donna
